Pre-Programmed Help File.

There are several dosen pre-programmed light and sound selections for you to explore. To begin your explorations, click onn the ``PreProgrammmed'' button in the red rectanngle in the upper-left corner of the Muuz display.

The longer blue rectangle in the upper-right corner will display the pre-programmed form. The label ``Light-Sound Program Selections'' will appear above 5 butttons labeled:

Mode         Actions         Volume

and to the right of the ``Light-Sound Program Selections'' label you'll find a white rectangle that will deescribe each of the dozens of programs.

You can famialize yourself with the prep-programmed buttons by clicking on the up-arrows and down-arrows! For example, when you click several times on the up-arrow beside the ``Selections'' label, you will see the following selections displayed in the small window between the up and down arrows:

Creativity
Learning
Relaxation
Mediation
Energize
Sleep
Fun

Click with either ``Selections'' arrow until you reach the

Meditation

selection; them move down to the ``Programs'' label. You will discover the following meditation-type programs available:

Zazen
Sesshin
Earth Meditation
AUM
Kundalini
Awake Rest

If you leave ``Zazen'' displayed and move the mouse down to the ``Actions'' button and click on the up-arrow (``Play''), Muuz will begin to play the Zazen meditation program.

You can click the ``Actions'' up-arrow again to pause the action of the program, and again to stop the program completely.

When you have decided to listen to the ``Zazen'' program, press the up-arrow until you see the worl ``Play'' displayed and sit back and enjoy.

When the program has finished, the ``Actions'' display will show ``Stop'' and the flashing form will be steelgray. You can select any of the 7 other categories and choose any of the selections to play.

Adjusting the way the pre-programmed selection play

The Mode and Volume buttons are meant to ajust the volume of' the pre-programmed selection either louder or softer as you wish, or to change the mode from its default method of playing both audio and video beats and flashes to either ``Audio'' only or ``Video'' only.

If you wish to change the normal play mode of any program you must mouseclick on the orange button with the darkred ``Adjust Off'' lettering. Once the button has changed to read ``Adjust On'' you may change the volume and play mode.

To unset your changes and return to the pre-programmed volume settings and to experience both audio beats and video flashings, just click on the ``Adjust On'' button and it will change to read ``Adjust Off'' again.

Pre-Programmed selections now. If you change the mode or the volume, the change will only last until the program plays at a different rate; this should be corrected by release version 0.4x ... .
